Costs and donations

We invite donations to the NCF Registered Charity for your stay with us.

The table below is a guide – NCF running costs are higher than this – please give more if you can, as this will cover our costs and help to subsidise others.

However, we don’t want cost to be a barrier – please donate what you feel is affordable.

For day hire of the venue we suggest a donation of £100-200, depending on how the facility will be used.

If you can claim gift aid on your donation please donate through this link to the NCF Stewardship account.

Bookings

You will understand that, as a Christian organisation, we are unable to accommodate any alternative religious worship or practices. We ask you to respect our beliefs by abiding by the terms and conditions as outlined on the booking form.

Note that normally the following applies:

• Check-in is after 4pm
• Check-out is before 10am
• Maximum stay is 7 days
• Changeover day during the summer school holidays is Friday
• For groups we ask that a £100 deposit is paid to confirm your booking, and the donation is made before your stay.  The deposit should be paid by bank transfer directly into the NCF bank account, as this cannot be gift aided.

However, we will consider other requests.

Note that if you need both buildings, then you need to complete a form for each one.

You may come alone, with people you love, or with people you don’t know. You may come hoping for retreat and rest or fun and adventure. Perhaps you need to sleep, pray, worship, walk, feast, fast, refresh, grow, heal, laugh and/or cry. Perhaps you are not sure why you are coming or what you need. Whatever the path that leads you here, your Father in heaven knows what you need before you ask Him (Matthew 6:8) and He is able to do abundantly more than you could ask or imagine (Ephesians 3:20).

We would encourage you to set your heart to seek Him in this place.  He will bless all who come.
