By booking to stay at New Chapel Farm you agree to the following:

• That you broadly agree with our statement of faith – the longer version is here
• To respect NCF and our neighbours
• To not consume alcohol on site
• To not smoke or vape inside the buildings or on the land of NCF
• To not bring pets on site
• To not have any noisy outdoor activities at the site – please keep noise to a minimum
• To avoid conflict with our biblical convictions, we kindly ask that the only couples that share a bedroom are a man and woman who are married to each other. We seek to ensure that in all respects our accommodation is used in a manner consistent with our Christian ethos and basis of faith.

Before you leave please:

• Ensure lights, towel rails, and conservatory heaters are turned off
• Lock all the doors and windows

We expect there to be occasional breakages and damage, plus some wear and tear.
Please inform us of any issues, so that we can make things right for the next group.

You may forfeit your deposit due to the above, or other issues, at the discretion of the Trustees
